On June, 2nd the strongest drifters of the Eastern Europe met in Minsk to show the art of drift in the second round of EEDC 2013.
Minsk, perhaps, is the most convenient city for holding of the International drift competitions as it is convenient to go to Minsk both for Ukrainians and Russians, and the Balts.
Marchenko Racing in the person of Vladimir Marchenko could not miss such event!

On the day of trainings everything went on all right… The technics does not let us down, the pilot adapts to the track, closely monitors the drift manners of his opponents… The most important thing starts on the racing day!
Racing time!
Mother-nature, watering with a storm rain, drying a line and once again raining, created particular complications.
Nevertheless, having overcome all surprises of the nature, during qualification Vladimir took the 14th place and in the TOP-32 series met Felix Bekerman from St.-Petersburg.
Vladimir showed a real pair and close drift, being as close on some sites to Felix as it seemed like a contact. As a result – he won and was sent to the TOP-16 where he was awaited already by another Felix but for this once Chitipahovian.
In this round V. Marchenko, trying to retain the minimum distance towards the fast Chitipahovyan’s BMW, faulted a number of adjustments in the first arch and let Felix pass through on a grid.
The trip to Minsk brought on the asset side of the Marchenko’s Racing Team the great and useful experience, first of all!
