2013 KOE Final was traditionally held at the SlovakiaRing motor racing circuit.
Ukraine was represented by A. Golovnya, D. Illiuk and V. Marchenko.
Drivers had their maximum practice time.
But Lady Fortune did not smile on our team. Vladimir damaged suspension shortly before the preliminary round and left his mechanic the minimum time to repair the car. Unfortunately, Vladimir failed to reach the main competition.
Aleksei Golovnya set the enter record of 199 km/h and won the preliminaries. However, the price for such performance was the damaged engine.
The time for Top-32 came. For Aleksei Golovnya to continue his participation, Vladimir Marchenko borrowed his car.
Aleksei competed against the lady-driver from Hungary Nikolett Szanto. A quite controversial judge decision threw our driver off the competition.
Dmitriy Illiuk competed against the driver from Austria Kauderer Clemens. Having exited from the circuit, Dmitriy let the Austrian driver reach the Top-16.
